Hello everyone thank you for visiting my blog! This will be the place to be for any information regarding our wedding shower.
First things first...this is not your typical wedding shower...we are breaking a few "rules"
- This shower is for men, women, boys, girls, babies, dogs, cats, and anyone who wants to celebrate our upcoming wedding with us!
- Gifts are not expected nor required, although appreciated.
- Please think of this as more of a celebration of our upcoming wedding more than a traditional wedding shower.
Ian and I have made the decision to have our wedding ceremony in the great state of Hawaii on the lovely island of Kauai. This will be a small private ceremony with close friends and family, but we didn't want to leave anyone out! That is why we have chosen to have an additional party (aka shower), before the wedding so we can celebrate with everyone!
This wedding shower will take place in Abilene, Texas at my parents home, they have a HUGE back yard they have offered to set up for us so we can celebrate Texas Style! via backyard cookout!
The date for this event will take place on August 13, 2011
